AGREEMENT OF THE CONTRACT TERMS

I.- EXCLUSIVITY: PDFP LLC, will be the sole provider of services. Other than the clients named on the contract, no other person should interfere with PDFP.

II.- VIDEOGRAPHER: PDFP LLC, will provide an additional videographer, if necessary, to cover the assignment named and signed in the contract.

III.- LIABILITY: PDFP LLC, is not responsible or liable if performed services are prevented or deteriorate due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather, strikes, riots, and fires.

IV.- SERVICES: PDFP LLC, reserves the right to end this contract if any conflicts arise that cannot be resolved, or lack of payment due from the customer

V.- LOSS OF VIDEO FOOTAGE: PDFP LLC, would reimburse a partial payment in case of a loss of video footage should occur. In good faith, technology sometimes fails to perform appropriately with the best of the best equipment.

VI.- COMPLETION OF SERVICES: PDFP LLC, should deliver the product in about 4 to 6 weeks. Unless otherwise stated in writing.

THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES A BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CLIENT AND PARADISE DREAM FILMS PRODUCTION (PDFP) LLC.
